Service Limitations

• Processing times depend on system load and invoice complexity

3. User Accounts

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court matters.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
